七十年多来，公司致力于铅酸蓄电池专用设备的研发和生产，不断进行技术改革和创新，在“以质量谋取生存，以创新求发展”的企业精神指引下，科研人员根据市场需求，坚持自主创新，不断突破，努力开发环保、高效、节能的新型蓄电池设备。充放电机形成五大系列产品既HBAC系列、SCR系列、KGCA手动系列、KGCAA全自动系列、KGCFA全自动充放电系列。其中HBAC系列全自动充电机因其体积小、充电效率高，被用于电动游览车、电动汽车、高尔夫球车、电动搬运车、电动托盘车等用途的蓄电池充电；SCR系列充电机被广泛用于液态牵引式蓄电池的充电（例如叉车蓄电池）；KGCA系列、KGCAA系列被用于地铁、隧道等工程牵引机车蓄电池组的充电；KGCFA系列则主要用于蓄电池极板化成和蓄电池组的充放电。核电屏蔽配套产品与719研究所、海王新能源、海王科技、清华大学等科研设计单位联合，为辽宁红沿河核电站、福建宁德核电站、广东阳江核电站、广东台山核电站等多家电站提供废滤芯更换转运容器、主泵水力组件去污屏蔽罩、可移动屏蔽铅板、辐射监测KRT系统用屏蔽支架等屏蔽设备，是国内同行业中第一家直接参与三代核电建设的制造厂。

Zibo Torch Machine Co., Ltd which belongs to Zibo Torch Energy (former name: Zibo battery factory) of China Shipbuilding Industrial Company(CSIC) ,China Shipbuilding Industry Group Power Co., Ltd (stock code:600482) is a wholly stated owned modern company for battery making equipments, charging and discharging equipments and industrial molding tools and series of nuclear shield products.

Keeping the military character of strict and sound management and production control ,the company insists on the research and the development of the battery making equipments ,charging and discharging equipments and industrial molding tools so as to catch up with the higher demands of the customers . The company has a strict system of standard production ,quality control and staff management .The company has passed the Military Quality Management System Certification, ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, Environment Management and Occupational Safety and Health Management System Certification.

After 70 years development, Zibo Torch Machine CO.,LTD has dedicated to the development and study of battery machine ,keeping developing and innovating of the equipments to fit for the market requirement. Now we have five series of products, including HBAC series, SCR series, KGCA series, KGCAA full-automatic series and KGCFA full-automatic charging and discharging series. HBAC series full-automatic charger is used for charging batteries of sightseeing trolleys, electric vehicles, golf carts, electric trucks and power pallet trucks due to its small size and high charging efficiency; SCR series charger is widely used for charging liquid traction storage batteries, such as forklift storage batteries; KGCA series and KGCAA series are used for charging storage batteries of traction engines of subways, tunnels and other projects; KGCFA series is mainly used for accumulator plate formation and charging and discharging of storage batteries. The series of Nuclear Shield equipments has already cooperated with Tsinghua University、719 Research Institute 、HaiWang New Energy、HaiWang Technology to supply equipments of old filter exchange container 、water pump cleaning shielding case、moving shield lead block and also the monitor KRT system for shielding equipment. Zibo Torch Machine CO., LTD is the only company who joined in the three generations of nuclear building product in China.
